Name: Azulpaw
Gender: He-cat
Occupation: Apprentice
Age: 15 moons
Clan: DuskClan
Picture:
Description: Orange streaks flow on his back while the almost pearl white complexion covers his breast and below. Black spots are all over, almost like God used a paintbrush and made big black dots on Azulpaw. Well, he must only be a mix. The real capturing effect that he has are his olive eyes which he uses to stare deeply at his surroundings. Although his name is "Azulpaw", his skin is totally opposite of blue.
Personality: As a young, curious cat, Azulpaw likes to concentrate on the things around him. When crawling about with his clan, he always has his eyes set on something or someone. Just searching for danger or something interesting, his curiosity grows. Just like any other...as humans would call him, "teenager", Azulpaw can't keep focused on just one thing. His eyes are bound to move on from one thing to another. Even a pretty she-cat might catch his eye every now and then. And of course, he can keep his attention on her for a while.
History: Many moons passed and it was time for Mirastar, a powerful and courageous leader, and her clan to relocate. Or, in this case, eventually break apart. There was no more to Mirastar's clan. Relocating meant arguing and finding new places to stay. Mirastar was already getting older as the days grew by. The only thing now that kept her going was her newborn kits. Well, one of them, that is. She snuggled against the one that was never in motion. There was no response. Mirastar gazed over at her mate, Jin. He gave her a nod. "Its stillborn, Mirastar. There's no hope to that one." "I knew that. Sharia-tail, the medicine cat, told me before. I just didn't want to accept that." "But that little one over there," He turned his attention to the unusually small kit scurrying around, looking at various trees and sneezing occasionally. He finally settled down in a little lump on the grass. "That one is going to be fine." They rubbed heads and looked at the small kit. "I want to name him Azul." Mirastar said. "Azul? Why not...Jin or Mira?" "Well, Mira is a girl's name and Jin is far too unoriginal. Please tell me you're joking." "Well, excuse me. I didn't know whether I had a he or she-cat." "Try he- cats. They are both male." "You mean...I---" "Would've have two of those." She looked again at Azul. "Anyway, please don't focus on it, Jin. Sharia-tail told me that we have one very healthy kit. It's okay," And Mirastar frowned a bit when she thought about Sharia-tail. Sharia-tail disappeared after the kits were born. She went into the forests to look for a special herb that she thought would heal the "dying" kit and never came back. The kit was already dead, anyway. And Sharia-tail was a very good friend of Mirastar's. Azul bumped into his stillborn brother, as if he was hoping that he'd get up and play with him. Mirastar passed away after the birth of another kit; a she-cat named Amarie. Jin took Azul and his little sister with him. The both of them hadn't a clue where they were going, but as usual, Azul was at that child age and he liked asking questions. "Dad, where are we going?" Azul asked as they were venturing to someplace that was completely out of knowledge for little Azul. "To a great place." Was all Jin said. Amarie was staying very close to him. "Oh..." There was silence for a few moments until Azul spoke up again. "Where's that?" "Not too far ahead. Just keep on going." "Is it Heaven?" "What?" "Heaven. You know, cat paradise?" Azul tilted his head. Jin looked back at him and laughed. "Why would you expect us to be going there?" "Because mom is there. She'll take good care of us. Amarie will have a mommy!" "Enough, Azul! We're not going there. I'm taking you and Amarie somewhere else." And not much was said after that. Soon they reached a forest. They entered in. It was very dark and misty inside. Azul couldn't see a thing, but he followed Jin. They approached a light and many cats were by it, lounging around or doing their jobs. Jin smiled and looked at Azul. "This is where you belong, Azul!" He whispered. "Your home." "I'm living here, now?" "Yes. With Amarie. Please. Go on. My friend is here. He will take good care of you two." He let go of Amarie and she wandered over by Azul. "Wait, stay!" "I can't! I'm a in a hurry. If they catch me, you two won't be staying anywhere." "But you said you had a friend here, right?" "It's complicated, Azul, Just take your sister and talk to one of the cats. Stay safe. I'll come back for you in a little while." He disappeared into the night shadows, leaving Azul confused and scared. However, he did abide by his father's wishes. Of course, Jin never did come back for them. This left Azul and Amarie sad, angry, and scarred at what their father did. Azul had to accept it and become an apprentice, but he still kept on wondering the same question. How could he leave them? On purpose? He never came back. But maybe that's why Azul always concentrates on things...because he wants to know them. He wants to see, wants to watch. It would also explain why he disappears into the night to stand on the high hill and looks out. He wants to see if his father will ever return.

D: Aw, really? That's my creative name, though! Oh, well. I guess I'll change it. But he's an apprentice(sorry, I don't have much knowledge of the warrior books), so does it matter what type of name?
